The figures would give Gordon Brown an overall majority of 10 if repeated at a general election.

I think it's wrong to call it the Brown Bounce. I think it's more accurate to call it the Tory Droop. Or the Tory's "Thinking People Want Their Houses To Be Repossessed Because They're Out Of Work Due To All the Businesses That Are Failing" Flaccid Erection. Or TTPWTHRBTOWDBTF. A lithe and usable acronym if ever I saw one.
