Oh, oh... Mr. Powell, call on me! The answer is "ourselves," Mr. Powell.

Unless that's a rhetorical question and you're making an FDR reference. In which case, the answer is "fear itself." Seeing as how you're a Republican, however, I imagine you are not alluding to the great Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

I'm just excited someone in the administration strung together the words "we can change ourselves" or even mentioned the dreaded c-word at all.
