Mmmm I might have to give that a try!! I've never heard of using cream of chicken soup for this recipe, usually my Auntie makes it with mushroom. <3 Cream o chicken sounds waaay better.

I do pretty much the same thing with cream of mushroom soup. My ex didn't like the traditional egg noodles so we put it over rice and that's how I still make it. I do know how to make real strognoff, but this is both faster and less expensive and still tastes pretty good.
