Thanksgiving is coming up! It's easily one of my top 50 favorite holidays (I really like holidays). It's beaten out by Christmas and Talk Like a Pirate Day, but it's definitely up there

In the social circle you will soon be absorbed into there is usually a Orphan's Thanksgiving going on. It's set to be at someone's house in Port Orchard already this year, but perhaps, if you are properly assimilated, something will happen over here. :D

We think we may have plans for dinner, but we could conceivably come over for apple pie and single malt* as a dessert course.

*bringing those, of course. samildanach feels I need to make a test pie, and I think we may need tertiary and quarternary opinions. And if one drinks scotch one needs must buy more scotch, and I like having that problem.
