I'm in a similar situation, but the damage to my car (Back from June) isn't as serious, but I am without a car until it's fixed.

My damages amount to $500 thanks to insurance.

Le argh >A< Sometimes all sorts of things happen that you just don't want. Cat vomit is one of those things.

And sorry to hear about yourn car ;A; I travel by public transport so I know how nasty it is when something happens to make you not mobile.
