Just to let everyone know, things are doing not so bad with my family right now. I shouldn't speak so quickly, though, because my dad is still waiting on his second biopsy results. glad to hear things are going well with your family. my mom called to tell me my sister has a bladder infection. is that different from a UTI? because she described a UTI and i thought bladder infections were more serious.

Yeah, a UTI is an infection of any part of the urinary tract---bladder infection is just another name for it, even though it does sound more serious. I hope she gets better soon!

Yay for your sister, and well wishes for the results of the second biopsy! I know a girl with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and she has been in remission for years. I'm sure everything will work out alright for your dad.

That's really cool about Macaroni Grill. I read an lj community called bad_service, and I've come to expect establishments to give customers the brush off on everything haha. Do you have to send the cleaning bill to that restaurant specifically? You should be like "I'd like to get a comped meal at every Macaroni Grill between NC and MD" hahaha.
