WHO: Blitzwing and Shockwave
WHERE: A bar. In a place. That is a bar.
WHEN: Going into late Saturday night (the 12th)
WARNINGS: Copious amounts of alcohol
SUMMARY: Decepticons drinking. Heavily.
FORMAT: TEAL DEER Paragraph to start

Being forced to live as a human has taught Blitzwing many things. He had learned that only things that had peanut butter in them were supposed to taste like peanut butter. He'd learned that taking things without paying for them was considered a bad thing. He'd found out that glowing red optics eyes were considered abnormal, as was constantly breaking video game controllers by squeezing a bit too hard. And today, he had learned yet another new thing: he did not enjoy going to the doctor.

Not only was the sight of something actually puncturing this fragile shell horrifying, but several of the "shots" themselves had been painful. He was no stranger to pain, of course, but experiencing it in this body was an entirely new thing. If it wasn't for Shockwave's quick intervention, he would have ripped the thing from his arm and attacked the doctor with it. He'd been tempted to do so anyway, but ... Shockwave hadn't led him astray so far. And if something had to hurt in order to help ... well, he could deal with that.

However, that didn't mean that Blitzwing was exactly happy after they were done. Even getting purple bandaids wasn't enough to pull him out of his kill something now mood. Unfortunately, since there was nothing to kill, he was rather out of luck.

That is, until he spotted a bar on their way back to the apartment.

It hadn't taken too much convincing to get Shockwave to agree to go in. After reminding him that human culture practically dictated they either go drinking or throw something when feeling angry (as seen repeatedly on A Single Potato), then stating that he was going in anyway, the two Decepticons found their way into the bar. Getting Shockwave to actually drink was another challenge altogether, but Blitzwing is nothing if not stubborn.

So it happens that Blitzwing and Shockwave sit in the far corner of a bar not far from a clinic, drinking alcohol for their second and first times, respectively. And, as with most things, Blitzwing sees no need for moderation.

"So then," he continues, looking at Shockwave as he gestures with the hand holding his glass ... then promptly spills a bit more while setting it down. "Then, he says I'll never be welcome in the ranks again. After I saved everyone from his stupidity. Can you believe that?"

Whether this is the first or fiftieth time he's told this particular story is up for debate.
