Curtis was happy to provide a break and a trip to the beach with Tom was a great idea of one. In some board shorts of his own on the towel next to Tom, Curtis was applying some sun screen to himself. He'd brought a cooler with food and another with drinks to their little get away space. A lot of searching around the internet had made finding it possible.

"Weather's a lot nicer right now than I thought it would be."

"Really couldn't have asked for a better day to be out here." Tom replied, exhaling slowly before putting out the cigarette and applying some sunscreen as well. It really was perfect weather for being out on the beach. There weren't many clouds in the sky, the temperature wasn't so hot that it was uncomfortable, and there was a calm breeze blowing in from the ocean.

"How did you find this place, man? It's probably the only section of beach that isn't covered in people, and it's seriously a nice one too. It's beautiful out here."

Curtis flashed a grin and flopped back onto his towel. Arms behind his head, he checked to make sure the coast was clear and created a pair of sunglasses on his face.

"Internet," he replied, rather proud of himself. "Just some searching and chatting and bam, pointed right at this spot by some helpful people."

"Of course," She shrugged and sat back on his towel as well, stretching out a little and closing his eyes, enjoying the sun on him. Maybe it was a feline trait coming from his other side, but lying out with the sun shining on him was just relaxing. It warmed his skin and was even soothing thanks to the breeze, keeping him from getting too hot.

It was still pretty early in the morning, but he was already contemplating grabbing a beer out of the cooler. He didn't move though, content to just sit out and soak up some rays for a bit.

"Remind me to thank the internet later," He grinned. "This is awesome, man. Thanks for doing all this."
