And of course when he gets to the top, he's going to find someone that probably looks a either really, really eccentric, or a terrifying villain who's obviously about to control people with fireworks.

Really, with his clothing, it's probably hard to figure that one out. Black leather, spikes, and the loud swells of Bad to the Bone for this particular moment of the presentation, well. It's not looking good for the blue-skinned hero. Especially when he turns, sees a giant turtle, and lets out a loud, girlish squeal.

[Aradia had tentatively tried to get closer to the fireworks themselves at first, but has drawn back at this point for pretty obvious reasons! Explosives are hot, guys. Instead, she's fluttering fairily away, her body suspended well above the trees and park buildings and close enough to get a pretty breathtaking vantage point, a happy smile on her face. She doesn't say anything, which has a lot less to do with her being totally alone and a lot more to do with the feeling of calm satisfaction and wonder she has right now, despite how incredibly long these things have been going for! It's more productive to enjoy the spectacle, anyway. She's seen more majestic things, but this is still very nice indeed.]

[On hearing his voice, she looks around, only to see what is unmistakably someone with their god tier swag on--at least, she assumes so, since the lighting is not incredibly great. Either way, she recognizes that voice! There is only one person this could be.]
