WHO: Megamaniacal and everyone who wants to watch fireworks from different locations!
WHERE: The Empire State building, and anywhere you can see bright explosions of light being launched from said building at.
WHEN: The 4th at 9!

THe flurry of motion from on top of the building was from a single figure. A certain blue figure, who'd been working on this for over a week, which was admittedly a long time for such a small project. Of course, that was because he was going to do somethingamzaing.
Shoot explosives out of tubes to loud music! With additions like lasers and smoke, it was perfect! Plus, the brainbots he'd built were exceptional at launching out more fireworks to make different shots, and do things like waterfalls in midair. He'd probably spent just a little bit too much time watching videos to make the perfect show.
Perfect!
