Of course Cally's still here, inside the building, practically still inside the porter room. Where else would she be? She's sitting on the floor, knees against her chest and looking for all intents and purposes like she got punched by a Cylon and shot out an airlock.

Which, of course, is exactly what happened. It hasn't quite dawned on her that she should have some serious decompression problems right about now. But she doesn't seem to have any. Breathing is fine. There's bruising and the like, and her skin is much too pale, but other than that. Okay.

Caprica, however, gets a dark look.

Caprica, herself, remained at ease, and didn't go any closer than just beyond arm's reach. She set the coat, which was very warm, the thermos of tea, and the cup down before tilting her chin ever so slightly. For a moment, she stood there and then crouched, balancing on her heels as she peered at the woman.

"The cabbie outside will take you where ever you want to go," she murmured. "He's paid up." Or he would be once she walked back out there. Caprica stared for a moment more, then said very softly, "She's dead. Tory. Your husband strangled her after he found out she murdered you."

She paused, her expression baldfaced, honest.

"I thought you should know that he loved you that much."

Did that help? She honestly doesn't know. She doesn't know if she believes Caprica. If she can believe that Galen actually loved her or not. But she remembers Athena. And Helo.

So, maybe. Maybe.

"Does it matter, if she's dead? You people can just come back, right?"

"Not anymore," Caprica said softly. "That possibility died when Tory did. So yes, it matters." Again, there was a long pause followed by a flash of fear and a half indrawn breath.

"One life," her eyes closed for a moment, "I was going to live one life with the man I love, no resurrection. And then I came here."

The silence hung for awhile. She swallowed.

"Then I came here and a man tortured me, murdered me. I died." Her eyes found Cally's face. "And I resurrected, naked, five days after my death. In the cold."
