Those on Raven's side of the wedding have all been teleported up to the Lake Placid home to prepare, and help the bride get ready.

Rimmer's side find themselves at Lister's flat in the city for much the same reason. ... don't let him run off, guys, Raven's counting on you.

Raven never dealt well with nerves, especially when she was also picking up on other people's nerves on top of her own. Today, this resulted in her spending most of her time staring at herself in the full-length mirror, at various points of personal dress - from the undergarments under the dress, to the dress itself, and everything that went with it.

The closer the time came for the actual wedding, the more she felt her breath struggling to escape her. ... then again the corset underneath the dress could just be too tight.

Either way, she's far too frazzled and nervous to do much of this prep work herself...

Joey knocks first, but then pokes his head into her room without waiting for her to respond, wearing a slightly nervous smile and carrying a bottle of water.

He puts a gentle hand on her back and holds the bottle out in offering.

She's so pale it makes him worried. She looks completely nauseous.

She eagerly takes the bottle of water, hands shaking enough to make it a bit difficult to open at first, but she does it. Why is she so nervous? She spent all this time in planning and preparation for this day, and she was never this nervous before. She loved Arnold, being his wife would be the most... right... thing she'd ever do.

"Thank you..." she whispered, before taking a drink of it.

All the myths and old wives' tales that he'd ever heard said that rain on your wedding day was supposed to be good luck. But that just struck him as ridiculous. If her dress got wet, he'd be annoyed. For Raven, everything fell away as well, the path before her and the man at the end of it all she could see. If she were being honest with herself, she'd acknowledge that she could feel everybody's emotions, too. But she preferred one brief moment where she swore she could not notice them in the least. The expectations, the joy, the subtle sense of fear lurking over the whole city

Big formal ceremonies, even those that aren't decidedly religious, remind Selina too much of her Catholic childhood. So she doesn't make an appearance until more than halfway through the cocktail hour. Might not count as fashionably late by then, but she's fashionable at the very least.

Oh, hey. It's Selina! She's somebody that he can spend time around, right? For a not-that-large community, where he should know, like, half of the people around, he felt oddly out of place. Kitty should be here, but... Yeah. If only, if only...

"Hey." He held his hand up in a slight wave, like trying to get her attention, but... He's green. It's not like he isn't noticeable. "Showing up for the food, huh?"

... He shoulda thought of that.

Rimmer sneaked away from his fourth dance, and paused to catch his breath. And have one of those strawberry mimosas he found he rather fancied.

"Hallo again, Bill," he said, that same doofy grin he'd been wearing all afternoon still present on his face.

THE DINNER HOUR

Dinner itself is held inside the beautifully decorated Palm House - be sure to thank Chef Sanji for the delicious meal if you catch a glimpse of him!

This is also that cringe-worthy time for really bad toasts to the bride and groom. Give it your best, guys!

Sorry, Raven can't for a moment even think to shut him up, because after smiling through that entire speech, she's in a fit of complete laughter at the song.

Please say the videographer was getting this to share with future generations. It was far too precious.
