They're not dished out to just heroes, but to whoever grabs one right from the start. Doing a keyword search on "heroes" doesn't always get you want you want on this Network...More often than not it's someone saying how they're not qualified to be one or think the whole idea's a joke, you know? It's easier to just ask and get some responses in one fell swoop.
