[The comm sort of bounces up and bobs as it clicks on. Stephen is in his usual dusty kitchen which looks a little more cluttered than usual. There are boxes of cereal, oatmeal, a loaf of bread and other miscellaneous food items on the counter, along with a few canned items. You say that now... ah, anyway. Yeah. Magic doesn't appear to have the same consequences as it did back home here, but in the same affect, it seems to have... different limitations.

You could test my words, if I'm somehow unconvincing.

There are significantly more limitations, I agree. But by the same token, there appears to be less permanence to any sort of spell. I believe that's how my visitors have been able to create their pathway.
