Well it took a lotta lookin', but Jan an' me finally found a place we can get to the cohabitationin' in. So you can send in the house warmin' gifts any time now. 'Cause it's my birthday an' I got a sick day I gotta use before I lose it. You know how it goes.

"DID I KNOW IT WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY?"
[Pete shrugs. Jan addresses the comm:]
"UH OKAY. PARTY HERE TOMORROW NIGHT. EVERYONE SHOW UP."
