That's when you take a bag, cover her head and move her away from the machines. The one she's in contact with should have an emotion other than greed or lust on their mind.

If she starts losing, that's the time to try to get her away. I don't know anything about empaths, though. Charm and a few drinks usually works for me, but that's on normal ladies.
