It's funny... I used to complain to my folks about our game store being old-fashioned, 'cos grandpa would never stock any video games or things that were popular besides a few select stuff like Duel Monsters or garage kits. I miss a lot of the games people played back where I'm from, but I must admit I'm fascinated by all of the new exciting ones that are here. I've heard lots of things about different games but I don't even know where to start with many of them.

Maybe a second hand store would have some of the older games you're looking for? I finally found a set of jacks at a Salvation Army store downtown.

Oh wow, jacks? I haven't played with those since I was a kid!

You know, I could help if you want! Even though I haven't played a lot of them myself, especially video games... I do know a lot of the board games!

Jacks was one of the first games I learned as a little girl. I'm so glad someone else here has played it!

That would be so nice of you. I'd like to be able to do something nice and social like card games again, even just so I can be more social and make new friends over a game or two. It seems I'll be here for a while so I think I should try a little harder to make some friends.

Um, Kaiba... I don't think I talked about that anywhere.

But everything goes back to that... ceodragon April 11 2010, 04:26:53 UTC
Talking about how you can't get any of the game systems you remember anymore.

Clearly they're obsolete. You can't hope to continue being 'the king of games' if you can't keep up with new systems.

Seven months ago was 1997 for me... How could I keep up with something like that?

Besides... nothing's obsolete, especially if there are people out there that still enjoy them.
