Four days ago, my Wii Fit informed me that I'd lost 15 pounds since Dec 13th! Then the next day, it bounced me back up almost five pounds. I think it was temporarily underweighing me and then corrected. Oh well

Honestly, the thing that's surprising me is just how easy it's turning out to be. The first few weeks were rough, while my body adapted to not getting snacks and eating a whole lot less, but it wasn't as rough as I'd thought it would be. And it's been practically easy since then!
(Except for resisting cheesecake at D&D night. I'll give myself full credit for that one!)
The only trick is wanting to get fit more than you want to have a snack. Once I finally got myself into that mindset, weight loss and fitness has been pretty easy.
