The Tunnel
I stayed in my new apartment all of 2 nights. I now live elsewhere. It's such a long list of horrible things wrong with it and horible things that happened that it's too much to post. Here is a shortened list of the issues:
1) No mail key... and the manager has shown no urge to find said key, replace said key or allow me access to my mail

Yay, I'm so happy your life is win-win.. sometimes in those absolutely terrible moments of "MY LIFE SUCKS" it all turns around and you end up exactly where you need to be. Yay for you! Sounds like a perfect arrangement.

It was exactly one of those moments - like you said - it sucked but it all turned out to be perfect!

AND the win/win is only just getting started.

I think the very first thing we should do once you get settled here is meet for a cocktail at The Abbey in late afternoon so we can sit outside and people-watch. Put our feet up, make a toast, then start planning your Emmy acceptance speech.
