Four years since I shattered the hell out of my arm. It's healed pretty good considering. No nerve damage, most of the range of motion kept, I can still type even if I've lost a few steps for touch typing and my sense of touch for a variety of things

And, before people ask because they always do, no, it isn't going to heal better later on. It is as healed as it ever will get. In fact, it is only going to get worse, potentially far worse.
