Hmmm... I just tried making the bread and it's very.... wet. I mean, the skewer came out clean, but the bottom is still very soft after baking for an hour, and there's still a small amount of syrupy fluid at the bottom of the pan. It also broke as I took it out of the pan to cool. Does it sound like I screwed up or is this normal?
