But... it's a web services system. Business requirements are rather language independent. :p

Nonono. LISP is the data-interchange language. LISP over HTTP instead of XML over HTTP.

I need to figure out what the requirements for the server-side API and the client-side APIs are. Think of SOAP- how easy it is to generate proxy classes with the right tools. Same idea, except the server generates proxy macros that the client can execute.

There's security issues- data is code is data- both the server and the client need sandboxes, but what methods go in the box and which don't? How is authentication handled- leave it to the HTTP layer, or use a filtering system? Or something entirely different.
