dude, blackwell isn't in woburn! woburn=EW! my family was >.< close to moving there, but my mom had a bad feeling about the town--rightfully so... if you've ever seen 'civil action', you'll know why (this was around the same time!).

blackwell isn't exactly in a beautiful town, either, btw, but at least it's not literally toxic there.

Whoops! It's in Melrose (according to the yellow pages)... I don't know why I thought it was in Woburn! Blame the strange disease I have. My apologies!
