It is from the cover of a tiny little notebook circa 1959. It is a promotional item that was handed out by an Insurance Co. I found a whole box of them at this vintage shop called "Cheap Thrills" but only bought one of them. Now I wish I would have bought the whole darn box.

And yeah, that is a great store. I always drool over the clothes, but end up going home with a pile of trinkets instead.
