Sorry for the delay! I was putting off posting this so it could give the girls who need an extension a little more time to complete it. (You guys didn't mind the break, did you? XD)
((Psst, you might want to add in that for those of us using Macs, instead of doing print screen, it's shift+apple+3. Thanks for the instructions on the close-ups, though, I probably never would have figured that out my own, haha.))
Just a side note, on my Macs at work, doing a print screen is pressing shift+apple+4 (not 3), then clicking and dragging across the screen much like you would do when using the cropping tool in Photoshop. Maybe it is different on different types of Macs, but that's how I do it! And I know, because I have to do it a lot :)
Should the product be from a "real" image, or can I draw it on Paint? I just want to make sure, because I'm thinking about drawing it, but I'm pretty sure that it has to be from a real image.
You can draw it if you want to! You're pretty good at that freehand stuff, too.. x3 I remember last cycle when Lizabel did that car.. Even though we didn't like the picture as a whole, I was super impressed that you did the car by yourself.
Hehe, now that you mention it, I was looking through the Lizabel dolls I'd made last cycle, and I'm surprised at how I've improved on dolling. *is shot for being so conceited*

Err, colour me... curious :D
(1) This is going to sound abysmal but I'm still trying to figure out why perfume ad would need close-up than, say, cosmetics. This is a lousy example since there's hardly any cosmetic on the list given.
(2) How much of close-up are we tslking about? Between 100~200%? Over 200%? 400%?
(3) Once it's closed up, do you need the pixels cleaned/thinned (i.e. get rid of all the 2-px lines)?

1) Anti-aging cream can be used all over the body, so it's optional whether Cati wants to focus on the face or the entire body's wrinkles. (That's pretty much the only cosmetic on the list.) Since perfume goes on the neck, a close-up would look really good. (Also, since your level of editing and dollmaking is on a completely different level than some of the other contestants who may be just starting out, we kind of want to push you in ways that will challenge you.)
2) and 3) That's all up to you. If you feel like it needs to be an extreme closeup, it's your choice. ;3 We're not being picky except that we'd most like to see a close-up on you. If you feel it needs to be zoomed out a little, or if you feel the need to clean it up or think it looks fine the way it is, that's all you. ^^

(1) Ohhhh I see. I couldn't decide if it was a case of judges wanting me to try different things or close-up being a better "cinematographic" option (lolz) for perfume ads - I looked through my collection of favourite perfume ads from magazines and they were mostly fullbody, lol. That's why I was confused :)
(2)+(3) Hmmm hmmmm. This is going to take a while.
I had an image came to my mind after seeing my prompt, but it doesn't involve close-ups. Maybe I should try both of them out :D
