Hooray for busy weekends! That definitely gives you things to look forward to. Renaissance Festival! If it's anything like the Renaissance faire I got to go to this year, you will have so much fun. Also, Halloween parties are usually my favorite type of parties :D
I hadn't heard of it either until frek started posting about it on Tumblr! But it definitely looks like fun, and I'm excited to be a part of it this year!
Oh yeah, I go to our local RenFest every year, sometimes more than once a year. I look forward to it every year... it's the first real mark of autumn for me. :D I haven't been to a legit Halloween party in ages, so I'm really looking forward to this one. I love dressing up!
Yay, I love your icon!!! Stargate SG-1 was SO GOOD, I couldn't believe it had taken me so long to watch. And SGA has been great so far! I keep missing Daniel Jackson, though, not gonna lie. :P

The New Normal is a new sitcom on NBC wherein Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells are together and looking to have a kid through a surrogate, who has a daughter of her own and is played by Georgia King. The pilot has already been posted on NBC's website if you want to give it a shot!
Boo on NBC! I'm sure there's another copy floating around the internets if you'd like, otherwise it should be airing soon enough.
SGA didn't hook me in as quickly and thoroughly as SG-1 did, but I'm on S3 now and I'm definitely liking it a lot more than I first did. I'll admit I loved McKay from the first time he appeared on SG-1, despite his attitude, so that definitely helped me along. :P
Daniel & Vala were adorable! I fell in love with her instantly, and Daniel Jackson was my very favorite, so I fully supported their pairing. :D I just wished she'd been around longer! A friend of mine tells me she reappears in SGA later, though, so I'm biding my time...

Sounds interesting :) Unfortunately NBC won't let me see it, so I guess I'll have to wait a bit. Saw a promo on youtube tho, it looks good ^^
