i hate this time of year. everything's dead...the grass, the trees, everything. not even a cozy fire or holiday squishies help. i want it to be spring again, because we'll have foals and chicks and flowers and fireflies.

meantime i'll just take my snugglies and eat a lot of food.

like krys was trying to say before lj bit him, here's the party invitation. i made the cute cartoon pictures myself. it came out okay, except the ears are all wrong, and cosmo looks like a girl. kinda.

i could probably live off of cappuccino whippy stuff. vanilla flavoured. i like it a lot.

yay for home espresso machines!

so krys is out shoveling and playing ac/dc really loud, just wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, and I think he took that six pack of beer from the back of the fridge with him. first i thought he'd finally lost it, then i found this quiz result:

holy shit! it... he... there's....

HE GOT ME A PONY!!!!! an actual pony! for christmas! that's not supposed to happen, not for real. but the doorbell rang and there was a pony on the front porch with her mane braided and ribbons in her tail.
