LISA.

See, initially, Lisa got treated with usual Yousuke-meets-girl fair. She's called hot in his head, treated like so, and he's obnoxious around her. She was originally going to be Silverman-san or Lisa-chan, but it was very obvious very quickly that she didn't fit. In Yousuke's mind, she's Tatsuya's Chie, only Chie (AS FAR AS HE KNOWS) was not in love with Souji (or GOD HE HOPES NOT). Without a doubt, she reminds him of Chie a lot, only he's starting to see that she's different and is understanding her beyond the "oh god she's hot." HE STILL THINKS SHE'S HOT, mind, but it's not the type of hot where he has a built up crush (like he has with Rise and Maya). He respects her, but he's honestly having a hard time around her lately because he knows Tatsuya didn't tell her. WELL. STUFF. And honestly, Yousuke isn't very good at keeping his mouth shut.

He feels kind of bad for her, though. He knows what it's like to be in her position (he's LIVED in that position, basically), so he intends to be there for her.

Mayaaaaaa. Yousuke is currently a little put off by her telling him that he couldn't be involved because he's not an adult. He knows she's upset, but things get to him REALLY EASILY, but he's talking it out with Lisa, and he'll be fine. Overall, Yousuke has a LOT of respect for her. She's cheerful, understanding, but also knows how to talk to him. She doesn't let him get away with shit, which is a good thing. He actually likes that, because he knows he has issues and doesn't mind stepping back to see what he did (even if he doesn't always see why he had to do that in the first place). His feelings toward her are always possible. He has a crush on her, but in that shallow way. But she reminds him a little of what his mind built Saki up to be, so having the living, breathing, existing incarnation of it is kind of interesting for him.

BLUE DOES NOT LIKE SHIROE'S OBSESSION WITH KEITH. IT IS UNHEALTHY. Blue does not like KEITH, and he feels that following him around, trying to prove something, and so forth is genuinely bad. This is excluding the whole SHIROE IS DEAD, TOO issue. The fact of the matter is that Shiroe feels determined to prove something, even now, when it comes to Keith. It's a good thing that Shiroe doesn't get as much info out of Blue regarding Keith, because Blue doesn't think what he knows could work out well. In a way, in many ways, actually, he feels like he told Shiroe entirely too much ( ... )

CANONMATES ARE HARD.

Yousuke sees Kanji as a friend, but a bit of an idiot. He thinks he's angry and he's still holding a grudge over being punched (even if, deep down inside, Yousuke probably knows he deserved it. Ask him WHY, and he couldn't put his finger on it--that's how Yousuke rolls). He does view him as younger, because some part of Yousuke ... does that, but it's not a huge part of how he does things. He thinks Kanji's very different from him, and Yousuke doesn't really GET him. At all. At least, outside of the HAHA YOU LIKE NAOTO-KUN stuff. Which he wants to help with REALLY, KANJI. DON'T YOU GET IT?

... Yeah. He's kind of an idiot when it comes to Kanji.

JASON SEES VIRGIL AS AN AGITATION. Virgil knows Batman's identity and this BUGS THE SHIT OUT OF JASON. He doesn't know why Virgil gets to know it. Why Virgil has that tie. A part of him aches to find out more, but at the same time, he'd much rather NOT. The fact that Virgil doesn't know Jason exists in his world really hits a part of Jason's core that he's not willing to admit. Deep down, Jason NEEDS to exist to Batman, after all. So everything that really matters about Virgil to Jason is through Batman. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A SURPRISE ( ... )
