Again, instead of writing my cinema/media studies final paper, I'm on my local library's website looking up some LGBT titles to read during the summer.

I'd avoid The Mariposa Club is you hate camp, considering that it's about twenty times more campy than anything else I've read in YA profic. I actually liked the Geography club a lot

I'm pretty sure that Francesca Lia Block is on drugs like, all the time. Sometimes she has bouts of really good prose, then there's really atrocious prose which I can only assume she was stoned off her ass while she was writing. I would only rec her stuff (Whetzie Bat, Witch Baby, I was A Teenage Fairy) if you're really curious/bored
