agreed with the Meaghan/Nikita comment. especially when they said "oh we weren't doing it to be mean" grow up, making fun of someone is never funny.

If Nikita wins I will "lose my shit". I'd rather see that shot of Meaghan everywhere than her.

The girls ganging up on Maryam and ridiculing her covering up and her English comprehension annoyed the hell out of me. What's wrong with wearing proper and not exposing too much skin? What's wrong with being quiet and not conversing much? I wanted to slap Nikita and Meaghan for making fun of her during confessions, and especially smacking Linsay for talking down to Maryam in that "do you understand, I'm speaking to you like a child" tone after judging.This really pissed me off, they totally lacked any cultural sensitivity. Maryam said it herself, she comes from a country and a culture where she was expected to be covered up, she's been conditioned to not "expose" herself the way your average North American might, so it is completely understandable why she may not be comfortable or inclined to prance around in panties all day, especially with cameras around

To Lindsay's defense, I really think she was freaking out about losing the challenge. They were all given the same warning about how delicate the dresses were, but Maryam simply didn't heed it due to the language barrier. It doesn't make either them any more in the wrong, but it does bring out the worst in people considering the nature of the competition. I can hardly blame them for blaming each other with so much at stake

Seeing Maryam with the whole dress incident was a total disappointment, considering how she reacted to it. I understood Linsay's anger, but the way the girls were all like "stay away from me" blah blah. Its all so juvenile

I haven't watched the episode yet but I actually like Maryam's shot the best.

Nikita's just looks like she's whispering, "Christ, how much longer do I have to smile for?"

Ugh, I'm so tired that I won't even try to make a crack about Hannah and the issue of racism in this episode anymore. Nothing's ever funny at 5 in the morning.

I didn't like Meaghan's photo either...her mouth looks waay awkward just as she stated, and I was so surprised the judges praised and babied her for it. I love CNTM, but like the other TM shows, I think they've already picked their winner and just letting their favourites slip by.

I am SO surprised with Linsay's progress. When the pre-show poll came out I was totally vying for her to be the first one eliminated because she looked old...and although I still think she does...I don't mind her personality and she obviously knows what she's doing in terms of runway.

I was bugged by the M&N confessional too, but it was really Maryam's time to go...she was starting to really bug me. It's not her fault...I don't think she just has the personality or charisma to hold a spokesperson title such as CNTM.

I agree re: Maryam. Realistically this was a stupid week to eliminate her as she actually did alright (although I think was the worst on the runway) but I think they wanted to eliminate Heather last week to make way for Meghan's Cinderella story that will translate into her winning (likely).

I personally hope Meghan takes it still (as a Winnipegger), but also because she's a huge change from the first two winners - I feel Nikita and Linsay are more on the same page as Andrea and Rebecca in terms of edginess etc. Sad that Meghan's photo is blah, but maybe they'll take another one to promote 'another product' instead :)
