Aeryn is really very good at avoiding people when she chooses to. And right now, it seems like she has a lot of people to avoid for one reason or another. She's tired of people leaving, she's tired of arguing, and while working things out is good advice, she isn't sure right now how to work things out. Trying didn't work out too well

Parker knocked on Aeryn's door, holding a bottle of kahlua. "Aeryn, you home?"

At least it's not John.

Aeryn gets up, pulling the door open. "Hi."

"Hi." Parker held out the bottle. "I was hoping we could spar today, but, what do you know? Working out and sparring and basketball all called on account of lava."

In retrospect, probably a good thing Aeryn didn't go down there. "Yes, that would put a bit of a damper on things..." she agrees. It's also a good excuse for not really being up for hitting things at this point. Saves an explanation.
