Alright. It's the height of summer and I haven't seen a damn thing going on that's remotely summery, so we're going to remedy that right now with some good old traditions. It's been a while, so I've got the barbecue firing up, of course; bring anything along if you want it cooking, or mooch other people's stuff. If you're simply too hot to be energetic we've a pool right here, and we could always just shoot you to cool you off. If you're of a more destructive bent, well, I have a great big pile of firelighters left over next to me and just no clue what to do with them. Which all adds up to: quit sitting inside in your cabins, huh? Extra marks for ridiculous pool toys and the imaginative uses thereof.
Those of you who are new or just fancy talking, feel free to come along, of course. I know my way around here, and I've got a level head for the whole 'advice or camp history' stuff. New counsellors, I've got more than enough drink stashed over here for those of you that need to forget your whole slew of new troubles. A bit of a belated welcome to camp, you could say.
