[ITP: Rescued from Food o' Tuesday]
[in the middle of camp there are many picnic tables set up, a couple grills going, and lots of freshly cooked food. A tall blond is flitting about overlooking everything. His fellow cabin-mate cooks may occasionally be around (read: when their players have the free time to chime in).
There is also a large banner:
WELCOME NEW ARRIVALS.
DON'T TOUCH MESS HALL FOOD ON TUESDAYS.
STOP BY HERE INSTEAD IF YOU'RE HUNGRY.
Underneath, there appears to be a smaller banner, which adds:
YUKIMI-PAPA WILL FEED YOU.
It looks as if someone tried to scribble that last part out in a futile manner, because it's still clearly legible]
