[in the middle of camp there are many picnic tables set up, a couple grills going, and lots of freshly cooked food. A tall blond is flitting about overlooking everything. His fellow cabin-mate cooks may occasionally be around (read: when their players have the free time to chime in).

There is also a large banner:
