Good evening, Camp. I am Nobori Taiga, the manager of Human Resources here. While I expect the position was meant to... embarrass me I have found a way to fulfill it. Why should we resign ourselves to the less than acceptable living conditions here? The director of this camp clearly has phenomenal power. Given how much she seems to enjoy humiliating us, I highly doubt that she is going to allow any attempts at renovation to succeed.

While she is indeed powerful she does allow the residents a surprising amount of freedom. While I'm sure some of the projects will be stopped multiple projects will increase the chances of a few slipping under her radar.

That is also the idea behind starting small. If the simple renovations are allowed to proceed unmolested we can move onto more ambitious projects until we find out where the limits are.
