Red Thread Event details! Yay, drama!

Phase One
Affected people can see a red thread that nobody else can. It leads them to the person(s) they’re tied to, then they can no longer see it. What’s going on?

The red thread can be tied to any part of the body you wish. Neck, wrist, fingers, arms…

Phase Two
Will be posted a day or so after Phase One. This is where those affected feel compelled and desire to be closer to their partner(s). It’s discomforting to be away from them; there’s anxiety, worry, a painful knot in their stomach. They may get edgy and defensive if asked about “that weird thread” or why they want to see their partner(s). They might start stalking their partner(s).

The red threads are visible again, briefly. Except before, there was only one… and now there is multiple, tied to other areas. They become tangled.

Phase Three
A few days after Phase Two (three? Three sounds good). The thread numbers increase, being visible only for a moment again - and cut in deeper to where they are tied.

Lacerations appear where the threads are tied, but those affected can’t see the injuries. There’s pain if partners are separated - emotional and physical; if threads are tied around the neck, they feel like they’re choking if too far away from ~that person~. Characters get defensive, violent, angry if asked about what’s going on, or why they like ~that person~ so much.

This is the stage that the yandere behaviour really kicks in. There’s violence and insanity and it’s not enough anymore, tell me you love me, BLEED FOR ME, etc.

End
The final post will be done a week after the first post was done (so say Phase One was posted Sunday - the end will be posted on the following Sunday). This gives a few days for insanity and creepy weirdness all over the place. This is where all threads are visible to everyone, and those NOT affected can cut them. This can result in FIGHTING AND VIOLENCE! As those affected don’t want you doing weird things to their feelings, you’re messing with fate, how dare you!

For those wanting to take part, it’s not necessary to have other unaffected characters that would be concerned with your well-being - though those are fun to have! At the end, everyone will be fixed.

And now for the business: when shall we play? ♥ The event is meant to span a week, as stated, unless that's too long?
