Accelerator could use: cute toppy loli jesuses (or some combination of those, does not have to be all), espers, those who may have monster complexes (he can always use someone he can relate to), and people with high tech machinery knowledge.

Nana could use: non-humans, people who use magic/psychic powers, someone to teach her to read (I had something arranged a few months ago but then I disappeared activity-wise with her till recently), and basically just anyone who wants to be her friend.

Papillon requires people that will put up with his crap, no matter what he does, or people he can have a bitter relationship with. Either way, he's happy (though when he does get attached to characters who show they actually care about him, he really gets attached to them.) He's a fabulous non-human thing if that helps.

Franky needs more sad and awkward people to adopt and be stupid around! HE LOVES ALL HIS ADOPTED SIBLINGS. Also anyone who wants to jam out on instruments or build stuff with him. ~explosions~ He loves machinery and robotics and crap. HE'S A CYBORG if that helps.

Hijikata needs... I don't know! He's very serious and a workaholic, so if YOU would like a guy who is no-nonsense and might help make sure your character doesn't do stupid shit, inquire. :B

Iai Banchou needs friends who are okay with his srs business samurai nature and GIRLS since it's great when he gets awkward around them! But be warned, he gets kind of preachy.

Hisoka is awful and I really just want characters he can fight and kill or kill him often

Well, Ozu is super mistrusting of doctors and a pretty rude guy, but he's.. used.. to talkative people... It could be a bumpy road to getting along, but that might just be circumstantial.

Banjou: I would love any sort of antagonistic CR with Banjou! People who would be willing to maim him and threaten to maim his friends. I need to get him hurt more often. In that same vein, Banjou is totally open for the vampires if they want someone to feed on but not kill.

Mori: see Spain, with the exception of tsunderes.
