THIS IS A CON WEEKEND, so I'll wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to make an IC post. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AROUND FOR THIS. You can assume your character got their assignment off-screen. The post will just be for people to bitch about it and maybe meet each other.
THEN, FROM THE MOMENT YOU GET YOUR ASSIGNMENTS, YOU WILL HAVE TWO WEEKS TO MEET AND COUNSEL YOUR KIDS. I think I matched counselors with counselees who'd be online at the same time for at least a couple of days a week, BUT. I DIDN'T REALLY MAKE SURE THE COUNSELEES WOULD BE ON AT THE SAME TIME TOO. IT WAS TOO HARD :( so it's up to the counselors if they try to get their team all together at the same time, or if they do it individually.
As to how the counseling will take place, you can start right away in the assignment posts, or you can make generic counseling posts and assume the threads are locationally locked. AGAIN, YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF DAYS TO EMAIL ME WITH ANY PROBLEMS (inupr0n AT gmail) AAAND COUNSELORS, if you have any trouble getting in contact with your counselees, you can drop me a line and I'll go find their e-mail.
