KOS-MOS has quite a few, so here are my three favourites:

Ma Soeur is the Rosa foetida character song. The individual voices are Rei-chan, Eriko, and then Yoshino. It's got some weird 80s guitar solo thing in there.

I have a new character for this, so! But other than Aki, I am copy pasting from the last one.

Jr. has 4 self-names themes for himself. And Sweet Song/Sakura's theme is kind of a their theme, soI will post those too. A couple of these (particularly the first bunch) are amazing.

Yzak has an image song called Shoot, which is an amazing song. Not just because it's omgSeki, but also Kajiura and it's just really nice sounding. ♥

Carlos has Carlos's Theme and Hero Time

Aki ... um. He really has no theme, but I'd say Symphony for the Next Generation, because part of it is his focus at the end of the series. And his part has really kick ass music.
