Rosalyn is topped by Ari, Sakon&Ukon when they're displaying rare moments of maturity, and anyone who either A. compliments her or B. uses common sense when dealing with her. She is also topped by Tayuya, but is capable of topping her right back, so it evens out.

Katara is topped by Aang's Jesusy goodness and Jet's REVOLUTIONARYNESS. She's also topped by you, yes, you, if you have good things to say about her bending.

Chisame is topped by just about everyone. Well no she can top with common sense sometimes, but in the LONG RUN, she's topped by everyone.

Tomo is SOMETIMES topped by Sano and Yomi, but she can top them back too. |D And everyone else she totally tops except maybe for like, EXTREME JESII that she just backs away from slowly.

Chao is topped by the retarded members of class 3-A and the White Wings. That's about it.

Haru is topped by gloves!Tsuna, uhhh Kyoko, Bianchi . . . I dunno, more people. She's sort of half and half when it comes to toppiness. Dino, sometimes Gokudera and Yamamoto, sometimes people in camp too . . . but she can also top. IT DEPENDS.

Yamazaki is topped by. A lot of people. He can top some of them too, he tops Satou a lot. But he's topped by like ALL WOMEN EVER and toppy men.

Marmon is uh . . . y-yeah most people. Can top him. But he'll try not to show it. He can be good at hiding it really!!

Sakurako is not easy to top. Misa and Madoka can top her SOMETIMES.

Sakuraba is ... well actually, he's not as topped as I think he is. Takami definitely tops him and so does Shin, and Mamori does occasionally, but for the most part, he, uh, tends to stealth top.

Heisuke is topped by Shinpachi, Okita in camp ... not a lot of people in camp other than Okita, though, but this is likely to change. Despite how he acts, it's not hard to top Heisuke.

Edgeworth is topped by Maya. Phoenix used to top him, but then he got theme music.

Dist IS TOPPED BY EVERYTHING EVER. Lint tops him, okay.

Akihiko is topped hard by Mitsuru. He tops himself a lot, too.

Hei is topped by Yin. He's topped by Amber in canon, and Havoc to a lesser extent (stop making fun of meeeee). The Gurren Lagann kids top him a lot in camp!

Aeris TOPS.
Akira BOTTOMS to most everyone. Except for those random moments when he TOPS!~11 and then goes back to being a rugloser. More specifically he always always always is topped by Ren Fah and Kaito.
Bel is never topped because he's a prince. Rly.
Czes is topped by kindness. In canon Isaac, Miria and MAIZA!!!! and in camp ... anyone who has been nice to him. Dee and Lancia come to mind.
Haru is sort of topped by kindness but usually his insanity bounces RIGHT BACK! and kind of fucks that up. Usually he's a TOPPER!1 but occasionally is topped. Also tops from the bottom very much. Sort of topped occasionally by Livio and definitely topped by Cordelia.
Laura topped by persistence.
Mukuro refuses to consider himself ever topped is most often a topper -- but can be topped by Jesus. Soooo. ...Tsuna. ... and. maybe. sometimes. other. stuff.
