Also, has it been announced at what time on the 29th the apps are opening?

To my knowledge, the mods haven't announced more information on the upcoming counselor apps. Probably best to just wait, even if the date is coming up?

Waiting for the betas is like the worst part, isn't it? Because you have NO idea if they're gonna tear it apart or whatever, and plenty of time to sit there and imagine scenarios...
