hey cam im sorry you are feeling icky. sometimes when i listen to really loud broadway music or other loud music it helps. and when i eat alot. that helps too. and try watching something funny that helps too. ok if you need more ideas then CALL ME. and dont feel poopy because you are too cool to feel poopy. the end. :)

Wait it out, and your brain will return to its normal, happy self. Drink tea, lay in bed (skip school tomorrow, for starters), and mope around until you feel better.
