I procrastinate via the Internet, if I don't feel like doing something I jump on the Internet instead.

I try not to procrastinate by having a ToDo list. ToDo lists work well if you actually look at it, I tend to subconscously refuse to look - which allows me to do whatever I want instead :)

I thought cats didn't like water...did you get any scratches from dunking the cat in water?

If I have mac installed on my PC (because I'm cool like that), I use this application called Self Control. It blocks all website connections you specify like facebook, twitter, livejournal, etcetera, for a designated period of time and absolutely will not let you override it. Restarting the computer doesn't even work. I love it.

Also, when I had my iPad, I'd go to the library a lot. It died though so I haven't been able to. :(
