I love that Arthur's irritation and competitive nature couldn't tamp down the attraction that built over time. It's a delight that they're still competitors even though they're married.

I can't imagine Arthur and Merlin without some form of rivalry. the show set up such a push me pull you feel from the beginning this prompt seemed perfect.

Thank you! I could never imagine Arthur giving up on Merlin. Besides I think he was attracted not only to him physically but also to the fact that Merlin always beat him.
