All you can do is to SLOWLY recover. you will, like at least one other has pointed out, need professional advice and therapy. But you have one very strong thing going for you. you do not wish to be on these things. that is going to be a great strength to you. and you have a supportive mother. this is also immensely wonderful for you. I don't believe we've met, but a friend of yours mentioned your in need of support and strength. Thus, I wanted to wish such for you. Addiction is a difficult thing, and is probably the most painful demon many face. Please take care of yourself, and if you believe rehab might be helpful, then take that step.
