Thor is the Norse God of Thunder and All-Around Good Guy. Gods in the Marvelverse aren't inherently holy; they're just beings that are naturally imbued with and empowered by a certain sort of energy--godly/divine energy. But Thor in particular is renowned for having a spirit composed of Incorruptible Pure Pureness and is the closest to inherently holy as they're going to get. His hammer, Mjolnir, is also considered a religious relic and tends to have a negative effect on vampires, the undead, and other creatures repelled by faith-powered mojo. So Mephisto might want to watch out for that.

Sakura's canon BFF derives his powers flames of the seven deadly sins, originating from hell and all named for seven Princes of Hell. The flames are hosted in his body, but it's more like a contract than possession (He gave up a series of things to gain control of them). In her world, all things, including supernatural powers, are tied to the world's life energy, which she can disrupt with physical contact, preventing people from being able to use their abilities as long as she maintains it; and if she snaps, she can suck the life force out of someone (which is a super-rare occurrence triggered by extreme trauma; life-force sucking isn't permanent, either). She's not holy, but she's the closest thing her canon has to god/the god of death.
Her power is kind of crazy hax, so as a rule of thumb, I always leave how much of an effect on others up to those playing with her. :|b
