GP vs. CS, Part I

I wrote this shortly after compiling my list of RPG characters throughout the years. This compares my first site, story, and senshi team (Goddess Power!) with my current one (Celestial Souls).

Currently it isn't finished, but I will post more when I do get around to working on it. I'm not sure what I'll do with it, but it's fun to do.

Wow, I wasn't expecting you to reply to this. ^^; I figure you would remember GP too (I actually have two old pics of them you did for me ;)). I thought it was great at the time, but three years later I realise it was rather...derivative? I suppose CS is the same way but at least I'm having fun doing it. ;)

If there's a demand, I shall write!

I never read GP! For one thing, I had a strict policy not to read stories with a Sailor Aeolus in them (even if she wasn't in the actually story). For another, your art turned me off (I'm not hiding it, you know you weren't great back then...I wasn't either, but who was?). But, despite the fact that story isn't as good, it's cool to get to see what it was all about.

That said, hee, what a difference three years makes! CS is so...cool, and stuff, and looks so much better than GP! GP!, in it's own right, sounds cool, but, meh, I know CS is cool. It always makes my little story look horrible after reading CS. ;_;

Character comparison shall be the best part, though. :) And you said no one would be interested...>.>

My own art turned me off. :P The first two layouts (there were only three or four) used art done by other people (the archived layout I linked to actually had art by someone else but you can't see it). Not a good thing to do in hindsight, but...I was young and stupid. >.> Not an excuse but it might help explain it.

GP is very derivative, I know. ^^; But hey, three years ago I thought it was cool. :P And ES is not horrible! (In fact, I really like some of your ideas, especially the Courtney idea, but I told you that already).

Oh yes, character comparison will be great. It'll be very humbling, at any rate.

I didn't think anyone would really be interested. ^^; But it seems there's a demand for it, so I'll write more.
