Comm Event: Secret Santa!
The holiday season is upon us and just like those folks over in Shondaland, we're looking to cram all of the warm fuzzies/family stress/overeating that stretches from November to January into one BIG community event - The Callie_Arizona Secret Santa gift exchange.
Here's how it works:
This post will remain open until Tuesday, December 1. The mods will pair gift givers and receivers by Thursday, December 3, and Private Message your instructions to you!
Gifts will be exchanged from December 23 (Festivus!) to December 25 (That other holiday!). Jews, please feel free to participate even though you're constantly getting screwed in the holiday dates department. Just think of it as a belated present from Hanukkah Harry. Also, Eid Mubarak! Happy Winter Solstice! Happy Kwanzaa! We want all Muslims/Pagans/folks of African heritage to participate as well. If you like lesbians, twinkle lights, wheely sneaks, dreidels, surgery and/or chestnuts roasting on an open fire, this is the community event for you!
Gifts can incorporate holiday themes or not! We hope there'll be plenty of hats, gifts, donuts, and well, you know.

Here's how it works:
- You sign up to participate in the Secret Santa and tell us what sort of gift you'd like to give (write a fic, make icons or other art, create a fanmix).
- You put in your own requests in each of those categories, i.e. what you'd like to prompt the fic, your favorite sort of art, a theme for a fanmix....
- The mods match folks at random.
- You create a gift for the person you're given based on what you signed up to do. They'll get one of their three requests (or more if you like)!
- If you're feeling particularly inspired, you may sign up to give and get more than one gift, but you must give a gift for every one you receive.
- Please make note if you're willing to pinch hit in the case that somebody can't get their gift ready in time for the exchange.
