So maybe in the scene Callie acknowledges that staying in Seattle makes her sad because she can't have what she wants, which turns out to be more like who she wants. Arizona assumes it's Penny, but Callie, in the moment of chemistry and emotion, ends up revealing it's Arizona. Then Arizona asks why can't she have her. Then there's this longing look between the two because their facial expressions say so much, then it ends and we are left in the dark until season 13. Of course, it's enough to make watch at least the first episode in the fall.........

If this spoiler is true...or at least somewhat credible, I think the best scenario we could hope for is that throughout whatever time jump (say several months), Callie has actually taken a good, hard look in the mirror. Perhaps her crying isn't over Penny, or even just losing custody of Sofia, but over the realization that SHE was the one who ruined the marriage between herself and Arizona. Maybe no dialogue doesn't necessarily mean no scenes- maybe we get to see some of this reflection played out in Callie's mind. I know...wishful thinking. I agree with some others who said Arizona will think Callie is upset about Penny, but when the concern is addressed, the big doozy of a speech will come out. I would love nothing more than for Callie to admit she messed up, ask for forgiveness, and state that she intends to win Arizona back. Surely, disappointment is to follow. But one can dream!!

Here was a "spoiler" for tonight according to Wetpaint: "Something Arizona says stuns Callie, for better or worse."

Interesting phrasing.

Anyhow, in a few hours our speculation on this will be over, but knowing Shonda she will leave us with a whole new set of hiatus wondering. It would be nice just to have the summer off for a change!

So Arizona says something that "stuns" Callie for better or for worse. Seems like she definitely says something in which she needs a reply from Callie no matter good or bad. Then Callie's doozy of a dialogue?? Interesting.

Could Arizona actually confess a little love??

'For better or worse' - I'm hoping the phrasing is intentional!

Haha, I totally missed your post about this. I don't think for better or worse has anything to do with wedding vows or anything. It's just a term you use when you're expecting something back from someone good or bad. And them using this term makes me think that what Arizona says is positive.
