I'm more intrigued by Callie finally coming to the realization she played a part in her failing marriage. That's what fans have been asking for for so long.

I have a feeling Callie might say something in which Arizona has to reply & that might me their small cliffhanger. But if Callie has some sort of speech, I'll die.

I really hope it isn't Arizona tearing up the custody papers, and telling Callie it's ok if she takes Sofia w/ her to NY to live happily ever after w/ Penny...b/c that's bs, but not unexpected

I can't see that considering the measures Arizona went to to keep Sofia with her. That's just Callie getting her way.

Callie broke up with Penny. Why would she run after her to NY now. That seems hard to believe.

The spoiler says Callie has only one scene of dialog. It doesn't say it is her only scene. Callie could just as well end up at Penny's door and when it opens she has a big smile on her face. Fade out.

Samantha isn't in the ep & from all accounts, there's no "surprise returns"

Well Penny doesn't appear in the episode, so that's not happening. Seems like Penny served her purpose. And after all we've seen from Callie, her going after Penny & leaving Sofia behind would totally be a WTF moment.
